Ketian Holds a Production and Operation System Project Mobilization Meeting

On April 23rd, Ketian held a mobilization meeting for the production and operation system project. Mr Xu, General Manager of Ketian Business Unit, responsible persons of each module, and core members of the Information Management Department project team attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the project leader elaborated on the project background, objectives, implementation plan, and next step work plan. The meeting also invited Huawei consultant teachers to provide detailed explanations on the basic concepts of processes, principles and methods of process design, process optimization and improvement, etc., providing strong theoretical support and practical guidance for the implementation of the project.

Mr Xu emphasized the need to improve production efficiency, optimize operational processes, and enhance market core competitiveness through systematic implementation. At the same time, it is necessary to apply what has been learned to practical work to ensure the effectiveness of the project.
